Blizzard

Comments: Blizzard is about 4 to 5 years old. He came from a puppymill in Souther Missouri. Blizzard is very sweet and will make a great companion. He is up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered soon. Blizzard is a such a nice dog, and he will be very appreciative in his new home.
Comments: J.J. is about three to four years old. He is a very sweet dog. J.J. was abandoned at a home. He is up to date on shots and will be neutered soon. J.J. is only 12 pounds and should weigh about 15 pounds. He'll begin to gain some weight since he is getting three meals a day! J.J. is good with kids and other dogs.
Comments: Charlie is a 6-8 month old male Eskie. He is a very sweet, active young Eskie. Charlie was tied up to a tree and then a family in the neighborhood rescued him and then brought him to rescue. Charlie will be neutered soon and will be up to date on vaccinations. Charlie will need a fenced yard to play in, although we adopt our Eskies as "inside" dogs. Charlie is lots of fun and will be your best friend. See more pictures here.
Comments: Dillion is a three-year old American Eskimo dog. He is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. He is housebroken and a very nice dog. Dillion was brought to us by Pilots N Paws (www.pilotsnpaws.org) from Alabama, where he was in a high kill shelter. Dillion was rescued by a team of volunteers in Alabama and in Missouri. He is a very nice dog at about 35 pounds and is a standard Eskie. Dillion would like to have a fenced yard to play in although we adopt our dogs as "inside" dogs. Comments: Shadow is a young American Eskimo dog who is very sweet, but shy. Shadow was kept in a fenced porch under a house with a hole in the fence to place his food and water. He will need someone to work with his shyness. Shadow is currently undergoing heartworm treatment but will be good as new soon. Watch for more updates on Shadow. We don't know how anyone could be so cruel as to keep a dog under a porch.
Comments: Ginger is about three years old and a real sweetheart who came from a shelter in Illinois. Thanks to her Billie for transporting her. Ginger was a stray living in an area and she was fed by the local neighbors. She is very friendly and sweet. Ginger will make a great family member. Please watch for more pictures soon. (The stain on her back is from fleas but that eventually will go away -- don't let that stop you from wanting to give this beautiful little girl the home she deserves.
Comments: Ricky is about five months old. Ricky was rescued from a puppymill in southern Missouri and is recovering from a broken leg. At this time, he cannot do any jumping and must be watched very carefully. The leg has healed and he won't have any future problems but he must take it easy for a little while longer. He is neutered and microchipped. Ricky is very smart, learns quickly, and puppy training and proper socialization are recommended for Ricky.
Comments: Charmin is a young mix breed (maybe Eskie, Samoyed, lab), and he came from Kansas City, Missouri, where he had about a day to live. Charmin is young and full of energy. He loves to play with other dogs. He really wants to please his owners, too. Charmin is microchipped, mostly housebroken, and up to date on shots. Charmin would do best in a home with a fenced yard. Since we are not sure of Charmin’s breed and age, he could may grow a little more. Charmin will be a lot of fun to play with, takes for walks in the park, and begin training with him. Comments: Bert and Willie are two-year old American Eskimo/Samoyed mixes. They are brothers and are very sweet. Bert is 67 pounds, and Willie is 58 pounds. They came from a family who could no longer take care of them and were placed at a kill shelter in Illinois. These dogs were going to be put to sleep -- see our front page story at the website. Both are neutered, up to date on shots, and housebroken. More information and more pics will be sent soon. We would like to adopt them to the same home, but if a home cannot be found for both of them to go to, we will adopt them separately. For more information, please call 314-647-1112.
Comments: Bene is about 4 to 5 years old and was a stray found in St. Louis. Bene just finished all of his medical treatments and nearly ready for a home. Bene is about 35 pounds and will need a fenced yard. Bene lived as a stray for sometime so he will need a family that will understand he can be fearful and that he will need further training. Bene will need to be placed in a home with adults. Bene is up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered soon. Bene will be a very loyal Eskie to his Eskie owner. He loves to go on long walks!
